Booking Terms
Please note that your table will only be held for 15 minutes from the time of your reservation and we cannot guarantee your reservation after this time. Tables of 2-4 are allocated 2 hours while groups of 5+ will be allocated 2 hours and 30 minutes. If you would like to increase the length of your booking or join us for a pre-dinner cocktail at the bar please contact us directly.
Group Bookings
Please contact us directly for information regarding group bookings.
Dietary Requirements
Please communicate your dietary preferences/requirements such as allergies and food intolerances to our staff when making a booking.
Please also let our team know upon being seated so that we can assist you with menu choices and also inform our Kitchen Team.
Smoking Policy
For those wishing to smoke we have tables available on our deck area – if you wish to book one of these tables please communicate this with our staff when booking, these tables are booked on a first come first serve basis. While special requests are not guaranteed we always do our best to accommodate our guests.
Children
We welcome families and those with small Children, while we do not have a kids menu we do our best to cater for children and usually find there is more than enough on our menu to satisfy. We have two high chairs/baby chairs so if making a booking please request in advance.
BYO
Our corkage fee is Rp.150,000 per bottle.
Last Orders
The last order for Food is 10:00pm and drinks at 10:30pm.
Parking
Free parking is available for cars and motorbikes at the Ubud soccer field just 100 meters from Kyoka however the parking situation in Ubud can change at any time so for up to date info please contact us directly at info@kyokaubud.com
